Update To Profit Calculator Spreadsheet

Description of excel work: We have a macro spreadsheet set up that calculates the correct retail price based on their costs price, cost price and sending format.

The macro doesnt seem to be working correctly at the moment and it setting all target profits to be £2, but the target profit should be base don the table at the top f the sheet tha identifies different target profits based on price.

Aside from this correction we need to have the fllowing features added:

1 - ability to add additional postage formats
2 - ability to add additional cost price brackets to set new profit targets
3 - the current setup is for generating selling price in bulk. We would also like a second sheet to be created that is for generating the price of a single item.
