Update a Legal Software Licence Agreement

We have a legal software licence agreement which needs updating to manage personal data especially when our users take personal data via taking images, pdf documents which they store on our system. We want to ensure that they do not store any such data on our system.. We do not monitor what's in the image itself but that is why we want to have an agreement that states clearly that they are not allowed to do this..
