UK Property Market - Data Gathering

Hi, I am looking for someone who can help me complete market research for a potential property I am buying.

The candidate will need to have a basic understanding of the UK property market. 

The candidate will be expected to find out the following information

*Whether the property is in a conservation Area
*Whether the property is in a flood risk zone area
*The local councils planning principle on Houses Of Multiple Occupancy (HMO)
*Whether the property is in an article 4 area
*Confirm how many HMO's are on the road of the property and within a 1 mile radius from the property
*Confirm the HMO standards for the local council
 
You will be given examples of how the information can be presented and where to find some of the information from.
