We are looking for smart dynamic English speaking UK based freelancers to assist with various admin work from HR Recuitment, Teambuilding and various Admin related work for our Business Consulting work.

English speaking Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Freelancer - YOU MUST BE A FREELANCER AND MUST SPEAAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH

The work is on an ad hoc basic , as and when required .

The specialist evaluates and post jobs in different recruitment channels including Upwork,People per Hour and sources good candidates.
The specialist is responsible to source, screen, interview and qualify candidates.

A key part of the role is creating various job adverts for freelancers we will require from time to time. .The roles are extremely varied from Busiiness Consultants to developers, to graphic designers, to football reporters etc.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
