UK based five star VA needed

Please, please do not waste my time by bidding if you are not UK based, are a web developer or SEO expert.

I need a tolerant, fairly dominant, VA to help me with my admin, the odd call and other odds and sods from time to time. I'm guessing 2-3 hours per week will do it.

I am terrible with stuff like filing, billing and general office organisation. I've cured to filing thing, to an extent, but I am always behind with my billing, chasing payment and dealing with the other admin things that arrive. Most of the time, I transfer my calls straight to my mobile but, from time to time, that's not possible and I'd like someone to answer my phone,as well - but just two or three times a year and then maybe 2 calls per day, on average.

I'm happy to pay a set monthly retainer, for the right person, who will be able to extract information from me, sort out my billing and make sure I'm on the straight and narrow. You will need to be able to help me avoid prevarication and keep me on my toes. I'm always polite but I always put work above admin.

I'm happy to take suggestions and, if needs be, put more hours on the table but, for the moment, this is what I think I need.
