Typing out a Jewish document

The document is a Haggadah (a booklet used by Jews on Passover Eve home ceremony. Preference will be given to proposals from people familiar with this text! (Near-)native English is a must.

The document is bi-lingual (Hebrew/English) but I am interested in the English text ONLY so no knowledge of Hebrew is required. The English is a running translation of the Hebrew and I want a clean document of this English translation. The document is 60 pages but as I am only interested in the English half it is less than 30 pages.

I expect a clean running text version in WORD true to the original with at least 95% accuracy.

I expect you to communicate with me about whatever questions may arise.

Spelling and or grammatical mistakes in the original should NOT be corrected!

Transcription instructions:
Start on page 7 (SANCTIFICATION FOR THE PASSOVER)
Paragraphing, capital letters and italics should be preserved, other formatting (including pagination, page numbers, page header and alignment) should be neglected.
