Transferring 328 house addresses from PDF to excel spreadsheet

I need administrative help to copy 328 records from HMO registers from PDFs and webpages into a specific spreadsheet format.

I've an example of Maidstone attached and an example spreadsheet with all the fields populated, the fields we need are.

For Licence Holder:
- Title
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company (if applicable)
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- Address Line 3
- City
- County
- Postcode

For House:
- HMO Address (all in one field)
- Maximum Occupants
- Maximum Households (if applicable)
- Licence Start Date

It would be great if you could provide one example record to the spreadsheet is being populated correctly.
