Transfer data from CRM

I am looking to move all activities from our former CRM to our current CRM. All of the main information has been transferred (contact names and contact phone numbers, addresses). However, each contact has certain activities (phone calls, meeting notes, text messages etc.) logged in their profile and I cannot find a way to transfer that. That is the information that will need to be transferred to our new CRM. Our current CRM is Contactually and our new CRM is Prosperworks.
