Trading Steam Bot for CS:GO

I have a client who needs a Steam Bot that can perform trades, it needs two main features, receive requests over websockets, and callback results.

E.g

1. WebSocket receives: openTradeReceiveItems,64B_Steam_ID
2. Bot opens trade with user.
3. Return a JSON of items received and steam ID from trade to callback, /dynamic/bot/items

We will also need a openTradeGiveItems,64B_Steam_ID,item_ids_json_as_base64 which will callback the trade results, it should decline / report failed if a user tries to give you items.
