Tidying up and sorting out contents page and footnotes

I have a document which has a contents paged (linked), except it is wrong!

I need someone to check that the contents pages work. The sequencing goes all wrong and it's not right! I need the sequencing sorting and then the right pages linking back.

There are also random gaps mid section, these need sorting.

Finally the footnotes havent come through.

Simple job if you are not an idiot like me!

Need it doing before 7am!
