Tidy up database / spreadsheets

Hi have 2x databases from various software that I would like to upload to Mailchimp but the data is a bit of a mess. I want to end up with the follow columns for this purpose:
• Email Address (required)
• First Name (Just delete Surname as we do not require it - we may not have this info for every single entry)
• Business Name (required)

One spreadsheet has 4400 entires, one has 2500. Some will not have a first name so this field will be left blank where we do not have the data.

So I would them combining, removing duplicates. One of the spreadsheets does not have separate columns for First Name and Surname so that will need sorting. Text-to-columns would work for this but it will need checking as some may include a title, such as Mr John Smith so we don't want his first name to include Mr.

This isn't a big job for someone experienced and quick with MS Excel.
