Text editing NOT english

I am looking for a person to copy and edit into an excel file, definitions of words, from Wikipedia.
The editing part is important as the final script/definition per word should be between 250 and 350 words and contain the most important information.
The project is the following:
There is a list of 1000 words (for each of the languages below), that you would need to look up in Wikipedia, and copy paste their definition into an Excel file, but you would need to do some editing, as we can't have more than 250-350 words per definition. This should be an easy and quick work.
I am looking for speakers of the following languages:
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Italian
- Arabic
- Chinese (mandarin)
- Japanese
- Russian
- Portuguese
