I have a 70 page SEC filing I need converted into a PDF with a few editing notes.

It is not clear, if the PDF needs to have editable fields, or you need the document still to have some edited notes?
Secondly, cant you use word PDF function? Can I have a look at the document?

Can you clarify how much editing is required prior to conversion please? Is it straight font style/paragraph etc changes?
