Temporary PA / Office Manager needed in Finchley N3 (Not Virtual)

Hi,

I have a web design studio with 15 staff and we have lost our office manager yesterday, so I need someone to help tide me over for a couple of weeks or so until we find a permenant personal assistant / office manager.

I am looking for someone who can come in to the office in Finchley N3 (5 minutes walk from Finchley Central underground) full time for 2-3 weeks to simply help me organise things, answer phones, open letters, do some banking, post letters, get coffees and basically make sure the office runs smooth until we find a permenant person.

Must have an excellent phone manner, be good with numbers, know how to use Outlook/Word/Excel and be VERY organised.
