Description
I'd like to do this today (Thurs 7th Sept, starting 5pm onwards) and expect it to take 2-3 hours max. You'll need to be available on Skype throughout this period while we get the tasks done.
I will go back through my inbox and find all the invitations for events, dinners, conferences and speaking engagements while you capture the information and add it into my calendar with all relevant travel / location / contact information; so on the day of the meeting or event, I just tap the invite and everything is there.
You'll also need to give me a hand while I book travel and accom, capturing all of this info into my diary too.
Experience with Gmail / Google Calendar / Google Docs would be very helpful!

Hello Nicholas, having looked through your request and with all due respect to you, is this the best use of your time in the completion of this task? It may be better to give someone temporary access to your email and then let them run with the task.
Any good EA would have an NDA and be certified by Data Protection so you would be covered.

In an on-going scenario I would tend to agree, however this is just a one-off situation where I need to go through and work out what I'm doing first; before it can be captured. Essentially, just because it's in my inbox - doesn't mean I will or can attend. I'm looking for someone to help me fly through this by capturing all the info into my calendar as I work through the various invites and requests. Thanks, Nic
