Telephone and internet research to build a contact list

Two tasks:

1) I need a list on Excel containing the names, email addresses, job title and postal address of specific professionals working for London Local Authorities. I will provide more details of the specific sector/role I need to the successful applicant. This will necessitate phone calls to every London Local Authority to obtain all the contact details. You will need to source all the phone numbers online and extract this information.

2) Separately, I need around 60 email addresses and contact details(fields as above) to be taken from two existing websites and transferred to Excel. I will send you the links to these sites. They contain specific contact details from which the London-based contacts will need to be extracted and put into a list. This is quite a labour-intensive task.

You need: to be a native (or 100% fluent) English speaker with an outstanding, well-spoken telephone manner, extensive experience of using Excel and enough common sense/initiative to extract the information needed in a polite way. Experience of dealing with Local Authorities/Government departments would be an advantage.
