I need an excel teacher performance tracker created. The headings/ Sections would be as follows:
Title - I can edit this
Teacher name, Autumn Term, Spring Term and summer Term
Other headings, One to one, Observations, Marking, Training, complete tracker, student reports, Special Educational needs reports, Medium Term Plans complete.
I would also like a traffic light percentage system to show what teachers are on track. There may be some editing once a draft has been completed I would like this completed by Monday 24th using excel and editable format.
I have attached an example although it will have a different layout something simple but effective
