We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of our hiring process. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier candidates for various roles — with an immediate focus on AI integrators, marketing tech, and ops talent.
Your Core Responsibilities:
-Understand our hiring needs and business priorities
-Source candidates proactively (Upwork, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
-Write and post job descriptions (with support from our team)
-Screen applicants for technical and cultural fit
-Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers
-Follow up with candidates and manage communication throughout
-Help improve and document our recruitment process
Ideal Candidate:
-3+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
-Comfortable hiring for technical, marketing, and operational roles
-Experience hiring in fast-paced teams
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Self-directed and driven to improve systems
