T&Cs Document retyping

I have a document that needs retyping as i am not happy with the formatting, looking for a price to retype in an arial size 7 font. When you look at the document you will understand, spacing and fonts all inconsistent. I would like two versions 1 in a simple list format and the second in dual columns as per attachment to be delivered in word format. Number of word to type 5990.
