Super go-getter Virtual Assistant needed

I need a very motivated, proactive, reliable, positive VA who has excellent English writing, organisation, MS office, Mailerlite (email programme) and basic design skills to start out with some basic smaller tasks to research and target my business audience, build email lists and create and send out weekly newsletters. If all goes well, it could grow into a more substantial position with more responsibilities. It's a new business, so I need someone who is well versed in digital marketing, well rounded, highly motivated and takes initiative and great at organisation and research. Also you will need to have access to a Linkedin premium account. The monthly rate is $50 to start.
