Struggling to contact a surgeon

I want to contact dr.kaffaee on instagram. Through any means. I’ve tried messaging her, emailing her. When I try and phone the number it says it’s barred from my phone I think I need to allow international calls on my phone. But can’t remember my username to change it in my app. I want to pay for her to travel to the U.K. to do a fat to face transfer. Because she’s based in Iran and I’m not going to Iran. It might be a struggle to contact her.
