Stock Market Spreadsheet 3 - High Low Profiling

I need to be able to download price movement data for all companies in the FTSE 250.

I need a table which shows me the share price high vs low, as a percentage, over 4 periods.

1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year.

I must be able to update the table with the most recent price information. I do not mind if the function is manual or automatic.
