Spreadsheet Consolidation in Excel + QA After Complete

Looking for someone to take 4 tabs of in a spreadsheet - about 400 entries each - and consolidate them into one. Afterwards, using the internet to fill in the blanks (looking up zip codes, newspaper names and newspaper websites). Finally doing a double check on everything to make sure it all matches in the one master spreadsheet.

I've included a sample of the spreadsheet here - the Master Sheet - with the blue is the one with everything needed to be completed, most of the data is in the other three tabs and any missing zip codes and names/url can be found via Google searches.

Looking to have this done by 4pm eastern standard tim on Friday November 7, 2014.

I can provide additional details and instructions if necessary when job is accepted - however should be relatively easy, just need a good eye for detail and patience. 100% accuracy is needed.
