Grande Luxe Collection is an online womenswear retailer specialising in elegant, high-end occasion wear. As we scale our operations, we are looking for an experienced sourcing expert to identify reliable and cost-effective suppliers for a wide range of essential retail packaging and branding materials.

Project Scope:
We require support in sourcing the following items:
Security Loops/Tags (e.g. "If you remove me, I’m yours forever" tags/robes attached to dresses)
Swing Tags & Kit Tags
Branded Dress Labels
Retail Bags (paper or reusable)
Poly Bags
Tissue Paper (branded or plain)
Packaging Tape
Shopping Bags
Thank You Cards
Retail Boxes
Washing Instruction Labels

Key Objectives:
Identify 1–2 trusted suppliers (preferably via Alibaba, AliExpress, or equivalent platforms) who can supply most or all of the items listed above.
Ensure suppliers offer custom branding, competitive pricing, low MOQs, and reliable delivery timelines.
Facilitate the ordering of samples for all shortlisted products to verify quality before bulk orders.
Conduct a thorough cost and supplier analysis, factoring in:
Product and unit cost
Shipping fees
Import duties and taxes (particularly from China to the UK)
Turnaround time

If items of comparable quality and cost are available from UK-based suppliers, these should also be considered and presented for comparison.

Timeline:
The entire sourcing process, including research, sample coordination, and supplier recommendation, should be completed within 1–2 weeks.
