Some to implerment the paper work process for a bathroom fitting company

i am looking for a pa to help implerment the paper trial and the quote process for our clients which is for a bathroom fitting company,

i havethe process writen down in power point,which i can send on reqwest,

at this point its a good idea to say that i have dislexya and all convosation to put this in place will need to be done on the phone with your selfs taking notes,

this is not just a paper work trial, it is the hole process from when the client makes frist contact to the job starting and contarcts signed,

i am also looking for someone to fill the role of a pa wants this is up and running in january, dutes will in clude ansrwing the phone booking in quotes and start dates for jobs and making sure the paper work trial is completed for each client,

our design process will need to go throw 3 people including your selfs before its sent to the client,

i will also need booking keeping and any thing else that an office may do for a busy on site team

this role is on going but frstly i am looking at getting things set in place
