Simple Excel Macro

I require a Macro to be written that i can install on all my machines in my office that have excel on them.

The macro needs to do the following:

Column F excluding row 1 - needs to put the postcode in the format of either CM3 2SE or CM33 2SE layout. Sometimes this postcode may have the space in the wonrg place or no space at all, so it is very important that it gets transformed into either of the layouts i have specified. With both layouts there will only be 3 characters in the second part of the postcode.

Coumn G - format row so it is for text. Remove all spaces in the number that appears in each cell. For any numbers that start '+44' or '0044' please replace these characters with a single 0. Max character limit is 11 characters.

I would like all of the above to be done with the click of one button. I have attached a sample file that you can use to reference against the instructions i have written.
