Simple Data Entry Job

I have a spreadsheet with 100 address on it and I want to send a letter to all of the people in the list (I will supply the standard letter).
So I want to merge all the addresses from the spreadsheet in to the standard letter and then I want 100 labels to post them (I plan to use an Every template or something similar).
I've looked online and I could figure it out but for someone that knows how to do it, then I think it would be quicker that way.
To summarise, I would like back
1. 100 Word files (the 100 letters with the names and addresses merged).
2. A file with all the labels.
