I need a Service Transition expert to help me with a presentation for an interview with the NHS. I have passed the first stage interview and now I have to do a presentation on how I am going to go about the task or write a transisition plan (this will be confirmed later today) Here is the brief job spec
The ICB is in the final throes of its transition to support of O365. This role will require you to work with stakeholders across the ICB with a particular focus on the support teams to ensure they are sufficiently skilled and resourced to provide the support of the new O365 services.
They are looking for a Service Management SME who understands the Microsoft M365 Services Portfolio Support Requirements within the context of NHS Shared Tenant.
In this role you’d have primary responsibility is for delivering Primary Care M365 into service support according to ITSM best practices. This role blends technical knowledge , service management expertise and consulting skills to ensure M365 services like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint & Intune run smoothly , efficiently, and securely.

Intune
Teams
OneDrive
