Hi Abul,
At https://www2.illinois.gov/sites/agr/Plants/Mycotoxin/Pages/Survey.aspx you will find several PDF files that tabulate data for all counties in Illinois from 2010 to 2018.
I need for each file with "Corn" in the title to be tabulated in a CSV file with the following structure:
1) One filename per toxin per category (see below). One toxin is Alfatoxin. The other is Flumonisin. Vomitoxin can be ignored for now.
2) Column 1 = County Name
3) Column 2 to N = Years from 2010 to 2019. (2015 appears to be missing; 2019 is attached (labeled as 2020).
4) The attached XLS indicates how to convert the data into the XLS.
