Search Engine Optimisation Administration

At Van Plus we are currently expanding our web presence. To do this we require the following tasks to be completed:
1. Create web addresses
This task can be completed simply by copy and pasting a new location into our existing URL in the web address bar. The resulting address should look like this example: http://van-plus.com/areas/london/
We have a spreadsheet list of approximately 1000 locations in the UK to create. The sheet includes all towns and counties which should be created. In addition there are approximately 50 UK cities to be added to the list.

2. Research keywords
Using SEM Rush or similar alternative find the top search keywords for each location e.g. man and van london, man with a van london, london removals ... Exceptions include the following example: man and van gloucester for our 'Cheltenham' page as even though the word gloucester is relevent, we wish to have another location web page for gloucester and hence this would cause a conflict

3. Entering web address and corresponding keywords into a search rank tracker
Once a location web address has been created and its corresponding keywords found, they should both be entered into Pro Rank Tracker alongside each other (as required by Pro Rank Tracker). Our login will be provided.

4. Submit to Search engines
Once the following 3 tasks have been completed, each new location web address should be submitted to both the Google and Bing search engines to be ranked.
