Scraping details from a website by hand

We have a spreadsheet with a list of names and URLs on it. This is an example for "Chittering Solar Farm".

1. Search on Google for the "URL" field, e.g.: the search query should be:
http://www.renewables-map.co.uk/details.asp?pageid=2076&pagename=Chittering%20Solar%20Farm

2. View the version of the page from Google's cache.

3. Record the following data from the cached page into our spreadsheet:
Capacity: 5MW
Acreage: 20
Site Address: Radical Farm, Chittering Drove, Chittering, Cambridgeshire
Generator Live: 28/06/2012

4. Record the longitude/latitude from the "Go to this map location" link, in this case:
Lat: 52.310
Lon: 0.1888
