Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking for someone who can assist me as PA and Housekeeper on Saturday mornings at my home/office in Hammersmith London W6. With help, I want to ensure I can tie up loose ends for each week and have the upcoming week all planned out.
I will not be delegating you to do this, I will be working with you to get it done. We will work as a team, and the deliverable is that WE accomplish the tasks. Once we have got this routine working well, I hope the successful candidate will be able to assist me with other projects.
Here are the tasks I aim to get done every week.
Admin & book-keeping
• Filing Accounting Statements & Receipts
• Entering transactions into Accounting Programs (about 10/wk)
• Reconciling all accounting transactions (around 30-50/week)
• Compile Routine Financial Status report
• Processing & Filing IN-tray Documents & Addressing calendar reminders
Housekeeping
• Tidying
• Folding & Storing Clean Laundry
• Vacuum Cleaning 1 room (about 4m x 6m)
• Ironing (typically 5-10 items)
• Planning Meals for week (from a template)
• Compiling grocery list
• Ordering/collecting groceries & putting away
Planning
• Review key targets & achievements over past week
• Modify targets as necessary
• Define targets for week & week after
• Schedule activities for coming week into diary
• Print off targets, agenda & calendar for week ahead
• Finalise plans for remainder of weekend
To achieve all of them, I will pay £100. Each task has a price according to its relative expected duration. Together all task prices add up to £100. After a few weeks, you should be familiar enough with all the tasks for the both of us to complete them all within 4 hours.
To achieve these, I am looking for someone with the following qualities

Experience with Excel data entry
Experience with online shopping
Can take initiative
Friendly personality
Organised
Enjoys working as a team - but can be relied upon to be able to work efficiently on own at times too
DESIRABLE
Can think creatively to solve problems
Experience with Excel formulas
Online research skills
Experience organising small/big events
Experience with online marketing/blogging
