Russian speaker to help someone open crypto account

I need a Russian speaker who can help my associate who is a Russian resident, open a crypto account. I want to be able to pay them and the cheapest way, given that they are based in Russian is going to be via Bitcoin, as bank transfers are very expensive from the UK.

My associate does not understand how to do this, so you will need to know of an exchange that supports Bitcoin (In Russia), then call them to help them get the account opened, you will need to talk them through the process step by step.
