Ring round landscapers to finish my garden

My landscaper became ill after laying my patio and it now needs pointing before the winter to stop it being ruined.
I have the drawings for the rest of the work, which is not massive and includes another small patio, laying lawn etc. Due to personal circumstances, I do not have the time to get someone on board for either part or the whole of this job, but I have a list of local landscapers who have been recommended. I need someone to phone around and find out if any of them are free to do the first part of this job (pointing) before, say, 15 December, and to arrange appointments for those who are to come and look at the garden. I am located in St Albans, Herts and will provide the list and an indication of my diary in the next couple of weeks.
