Reviewing excel spreadsheet

Hello,

Can you please go through the attached Excel spreadsheet and insert the correct data? At the moment the information in the Excel spreadsheet is incorrect.

The Excel file is supposed to be an index of all the folders and subfolders in the contracts folder (to be provided) containing 6 folders. The handwritten notes (to be provided) are my work creating the index but it is unfinished.

1. The first column in Handwritten notes "Date" is always the signature date of the contract

2. You will know which contract I am referring to in the handwritten note because the contract folders start in 2018 and ends in 2023 - there are six folders. The handwritten notes start with the contract in the first subfolder in folder 2018 dated 11 Nov 2018 - the notes then follow consecutively but checking my handwritten table I can see that is only correct up to the sun folder 11 Nov 2020 in the 2020 main folder.

I need an index of all the folders and subfolders and then a calculation of the amounts from each contract.

I need the whole job done not just the handwritten notes but an index of all the contracts in the folders and sub-folders. I need an index of all the contracts with a calculation at the end of the total aggregate contract value divided into the different currencies from each individual contract.

If you still do. not understand please ask further questions.

Finally, I need you to mark in red the rows that I have asterisked in my handwritten notes (to be provided) and type in any of my annotated text on the rows in which I query the signatures.

This is a 24-hour job but I require an update after the 100 contracts to make sure it is being done properly.
