Resolve existing problems with and audit a small business IT setup

We are a small business with three workstations, a server, and around ten mobile workers. Following the disappearance of our long standing IT support provider we simply need someone to resolve some problems we are having with our Exchange server, set up some email addresses and get them working remotely. We also need to audit our back up and encryption situation and bring it into industry compliance if necessary.

After this we would wish to look for a regular relationship with you as pay-as-you-go IT support. Given our size and relatively non-complex needs we don't tend to require this more than every few months. We are based in Birmingham City Centre commercial district, and while you may be able to do much or all of the work remotely, we require someone who if necessary can be on site within a reasonable time and reasonable cost.

In your proposal please outline your hourly rate, expected time spent to sort out basic server / email problems (I appreciate this is just an estimate), together with your experience.
