Researching email addresses for c.200 companies

Seeking someone to PRAGMATICALLY go through a list of companies in COLUMN 'D' to:

a) check the employee mentioned still currently works at the company stated
- this can be done on LinkedIn, if not just write 'don't know' in COLUMN 'P'

b) find an example email for each. This email will be a REAL EMAIL of someone (anyone!) at the company (not necessarily the contact listed in the sheet) - write in COLUMN 'Q'
- this can be done a range of ways. Sometimes these are available by searching the company's website or annual report, or by finding the 'contact us' email, taking the second half and googling it in quotes (i.e. google "@apple.com"). Another approach is to add a random surname (google: "jones@apple.com").
- searching the name of the head of HR, Investor Relations, Recruitment, Diversity, etc. are usually good places to start. Ideally (but not essentially) the example should be one of the business leaders.

The idea is simple to find the email format to apply to other names at the company. Please DO NOT just use websites that claim to do this for you... they are invariably wrong!

Seeking someone who can take a PRAGMATIC APPROACH! I am looking for around 80% of data to be enter and I know some will be difficult to find. If any company entry is taking more than 5 minutes or so to find, PLEASE SKIP IT and come back to it at the end. SPEED AND VOLUME is much more important to me than chronological completeness. Looking for about 80% by completion
