Research Small Law Office Best Practices

The tasks here are intended to help a small business identify things to do that might be performed by local consultants. I am not a lawyer.

1) Find 10 web sites that provide good information about "security practices" for a "law firm" (or use similar search terms). The results will be used as a check to see if we have overlooked anything. Read them, then post the full list of links and put the three best at the top of the list. I live in the U.S., so the best results would apply here. You may also add some tips from your personal experience or knowledge.

2) Search for "network security" "small business" and post at least 5 links that contain good information. Using those links. Make a bullet-point list of at least 5 tasks (drawn from your search results or personal knowledge) that you think are important.

3) Do the same as #2, but search for "HIPPA" and "law firm" (HIPPA is about privacy for handling personal health information)

4) Make a short list of companies (3-5?) that can help provide HIPPA compliant email for small businesses in the U.S.
