I am looking for a someone to undertake comprehensive research online and map out all the key stakeholders and at North Kirklees CCG. What does this mean?

North Kirklees CCG is a Clinical Commissioning Group based in the UK. It has many healthcare professional you work within his framework dedicated to their roles.

I would like someone to Map out what this CCG looks like roles and responsibilities of each healthcare professional. I would like this in the way of a company structure with contact details attached. All the information will available online.
