My client is a company that "may" have to react to a public emergency. As such they need to gather different resources with ultimate speed and set up a HQ - hence the need for serviced offices.
This is the spec:
• Two offices, one of a minimum of sixteen people plus one for a minimum of ten people.
• A minimum of two break out rooms, each with a minimum capacity of four people.
• Strong Wi Fi
• Strong mobile phone signal
• Projector
• Landlines
• Ideally a video screen plus a camera at the front, for video conferences
• Power sockets
• Conference call facility
• Near public transport
• Ideally within easy reach of London’s Kings Cross, Euston and Paddington railway stations (although key is to have good public transport links)
• Ideally the serviced offices should have 24x7x365 access (“should have”, rather than “need to have”)
I am looking for somebody to put together a list of 8 to 12 options.
The above spec needs to be met.
What is the cost?
How do they get sudden access?
I will send a spreadsheet so that it can be filled in with the above and the URL of the serviced office.
Plus need name of person you spoke to and their telephone number
Tell the person you speak to that once we have a shortlist, somebody from the company will go out to them and visit.
This is an immediate job - needs 2 or 3 hours work on this.
Happy to give more work if this goes well :)
Would prefer somebody to undertake the task that is London based and familiar with the locations of Kings Cross, Euston and Paddington.
