Research - identifying London hotels and putting together information

I have a research project that needs a couple of hours spending on it.

Here is the outline:

A client are reviewing their contingency plans.

There is a team that they want to mobilise from various parts of the country if they suffer a major emergency.

They will all be extremely busy dealing with the emergency (and these things seem to tend to happen in the middle of the night &/or at bank holidays or similar) so they want to have a short-list of hotels/ meetings rooms available.

This is a general query rather than a planned requirement for a specific date.

They need to know what this would cost them so they can incorporate into their budget.

You need to identify 6 hotels - 2 by Euston station, 2 by Kings Cross station and 2 by Paddington station

· The cost of rooms for 8 people over 3 days including breakfast

· Meeting room for 8 people and a breakout room for approx. 2 to 4 people – available over 24 hours

Included in the meeting room over whole 24 hour period

Paper/pens
Internet connectivity
Flip Chart
Coffees/teas


For pricing purposes: Look at a price for Mid March

Present the above information in a table

· Hotel name
· address/phone number
· What station is it closest to
· Key contact in hotel/position
· Breakdown of cost accommodation / meeting room

The challenge that I can see is the ability to have a meeting room for a 24 hour period.

Please let me know a fixed price for undertaking this work.
