Remote Property Manager (Airbnb / VRBO) – Work from Anywhere

We’re looking for a results-driven Remote Property Manager who knows how to run short-term rentals smoothly and profitably.

If you have hands-on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms and understand how to optimise listings, manage bookings, and deliver great guest experiences — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing Airbnb / VRBO listings end-to-end
• Optimising pricing to maximise occupancy & revenue
• Handling calendars, bookings, and guest communication
• Ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple properties

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in short-term rental management
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy & booking systems
• Experience with tools like Guesty, Smoobu (a plus)
• Excellent communication & attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and organised
