Reformat excel and return as PDF

I have been give a set of xls sheets from my client and I need to print them out as A3 and A4 pages but I cannot format them. Can you please format them so as I can have the WIDTH of the workbooks for onto a landscape for printing as A3 and A4 also can you publish them as PDF files. I also need the workbook to contain the TAB names at the top and also a page number and file name at the bottom of each. I need these turned around asap - I have another three files of equal size
