Document must remain in the font provided (Ebrima)

• Almost all of the pages of the Final Draft V2 will need to be renumbered ___ of 60 (I believe will be the total number of pages)

• Please add the Communication Plan (known as the V3 Additions attachment) to the Final Draft V2, starting with page 42 and number all of those following pages ___ of ___

• Please add the “Concepts for Emergency Management...” document as Appendix B, starting with Page 48 and number the pages that follow. Also, please adjust the “header” on the first 2 or 3 pages of the “Concepts” document.

• Every page must have the Haskell logo with the blue line above it with the page numbers ___ of ___ to the right as shown in the attached Final V2 Draft.

Finally, please make sure that the TOC reflects all of the pages in the total document and please ensure that the items in BOLD in the TOC remain bold.
