Reformat a report in Word

Hi
I have a 40 page technical report that I need reformatted in Word. It basically has test procedures in it and the results of those procedures are in a table below. I basically took an older report and added to it. Some of the older tables are embedded spreadsheets and I want to preserve the way those tables look but I just want a simple table and not an embedded spreadsheet. I’m also looking to add a table of contents and have everything organized to make it look “pretty” and more professional.
