Description
Experience Level: Expert
We hold the UK master licence and have options on the remainder of EMEA for a successful receivables management/credit control franchise operation. We wish to work with individuals/organisations who will source/identify on our behalf one person to buy into the UK operation. This person must have proven/demonstrable marketing and sales skills and be able to show a history of solid success in these fields. We require a partner who will aggressively market the opportunity and sell regional franchises, thereafter providing initial marketing support to franchisees.
We have an initial website live at www.receivablesmanagement.eu (note .eu) but will shortly expand the site and clone it across to the UK company site. We now seek, on an MBI basis, a full-time business partner to undertake all marketing aspects (including initial marketing support for franchisees) and franchisee recruitment. This partner will be required to invest in the company and also must be eligible and willing to act as a director of the company. A shareholding of up to 49% of the UK limited liability company is available to this person. We would not wish to partner with anyone unwilling to invest in at least a 20% shareholding..
Your task will be to source candidates and carry out a screening of CV’s and references (you will not be required to interview candidates) and then shortlist a selection for interview. We will conduct interviews, make final selection etc. We propose remuneration in the form of a flat fee in return for a successful signing although we are happy to consider any other results-based proposal put forward by yourself. Financial information is not published here, but a basic forecast etc will be provided to the person whose bid we may accept.
In today’s global economic turmoil and tight credit restrictions, the time is ripe for the launch of this franchise opportunity. From businesses’ standpoint - to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts, late payers etc but also to provide an excellent business opportunity for management redundancies and others out of work, providing much-needed services for SME’s that are suffering from inadequate, or total lack of debtor control. This view is fully supported by one of the U.K.'s High Street banks which is offering up to 100% funding for franchisees (subject, as always, to status).
