Recruiting technical and non technical staff

I am looking for a Spanish-speaking person for Local Mexico recruiting for our Yacht refurbishment work. One has to have sharp communication and knowledge acquiring skills. The person has to be able to spot honest workers who can work on a daily labour basis at the shipyard- Mainly in carpentry, plumbing, electricals etc. Apart from this, we need sourcing for local Marine ELectrical Engineer who has a superb experience and can work Part time for us. HVAC Engineer, Part time. Any other requirement that may arise as the project moves forward.
