New build residential development
We are looking for an experience Quantity surveyor for sub-contract valuations, cash flow forecasts, procurement of labour/materials, extension of time claims, cost reporting and analysis, value engineering, cost value reconciliations, payments and final accounts..
Create a payment schedule to ascertain what is expected to be complete and how much will be paid out.
Write a contract for the client a sub contractors to fix the final price where required.
Monitor our project throughout including a plan for periodic site visit for payment certificates.

The job in summary :
8 units development, St. Leonard's. Timber Frame with exterior brick walls.
3 Main packages: Groundworks (awarded but must be audited), Superstructure (watertight ) - tendering started. Fit-out and finishing (no progress). Other contracts needed: M&E, landscaping, other small trades or small orders as project progresses.
Ideally we would be looking for:
QS Support for the procurement of all project packages
Contract administration and advice
Support with placing other orders and dealing with contractor’s requests or variations.
Project Timeline: around 9 months.
