Prospect counter and phone number retival

I have an exiting access database for appointment and tyre pricing which also makes a job sheet for my work shop and sales
I need to add to the front form, three buttons that whenwe click on it will record to another dater base. the three button will record walking in, phone and other traffic , per day, I can then retrieve my traffic between dates ie Monday 1/1/18 we had 25 phone calls, 12 Walk in and 2 others. I want to do this between select dates ie" start date , finish date. The day date will have to be automatic that day but when we use the system the next day it will have rolled over to that date automatically to the next day.

Also I need to retrieve phone numbers from my phone field , trim them and export to excel for telemarketing
