Property research

I need some research done online but need it in the next few hours. I need to search the property portals http://www.rightmove.co.uk and www. zoopla.co.uk for properties that are listed in BOTH the 'for rent' and 'for sale' sections of each website in the postal areas L4,L9, and L10 of Liverpool U.K. So to clarify I am looking for properties in these areas where the owner has listed them both for sale and for rent. Please let me know if you can do this for me and how long it might take and how much it might cost. Please let me know that you understand completely what I am looking for by explaining it to me in your own words. Thanks in advance. Mike
